Terms of Service for Song Mixing and Mastering
1. Services Provided
- I offer music mixing and mastering services to enhance the quality of your audio tracks.
2. Payment
- Full payment is required before I start working on your project.
- Payment methods accepted: Cash app, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Chime.
3. Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround time is 1-7 business days after payment is received.
- Expedited service is available for an additional fee.
4. Revisions
- The Client is entitled to unlimited revisions if needed within 60 days of the delivery of the final mixed and mastered tracks.
- Any revision requests after 60 days will be charged at a rate of 25% of the Total Fee per revision.
5. Rights and Ownership
- You retain full ownership of your original music tracks.
- I have the right to use a snippet of your track for our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
- I will not share your music or personal information with third parties without your consent.
7. Refund Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
8. Liability
- I am not liable for any loss or damage to your music files.
9. Acceptance of Terms
- By using my services, you agree to these terms of service.
